We are looking for a Corporate Moving Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. We need someone who is part salesperson, part customer advocate, and part marketing genius to help us connect with families and individuals planning their next move. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Edmonton, AB, for an Experienced Corporate Moving Sales Representative. The role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing tailored moving service solutions. Qualifications Customer Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and suggesting products to meet those needs. Own the Sales Cycle: Convert phone, web, and network leads to booked moves by building instant rapport and trust. Conduct Creative Consultations: Perform in-home or virtual surveys, turning inventory counts into a stress-free moving plan for each customer. Proactive Business: Develop your own leads by networking with local realtors, property managers, and storage facilities to secure referral partnerships. Leverage Creative Marketing: Use social media (Instagram/Facebook) to showcase ''before-and-after'' packing reels, client success stories, and local community involvement. Deliver Solutions: Prepare detailed, accurate moving proposals, negotiating and upselling services (packing, storage, white-glove treatment) that balance customer needs. Collaborate for Success: Work closely with operations to ensure the ''promised'' move matches the ''executed'' move. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of household products and brands, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Negotiation & Closing: Handle pricing, terms, and contract discussions, aiming to close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction. Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from customers to improve the sales process and product offerings. Experienced Closer: Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience preferably in moving, logistics, or premium service industries. Personable: You are outgoing, enthusiastic, and genuinely care about providing a stress-free experience for customers. Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive communication is key to explaining products and understanding customer needs. Sales Techniques: Familiarity with a variety of sales techniques such as upselling, cross-selling, and overcoming objections. Resilient: You love objections and see them as opportunities to solve problems rather than roadblocks. Time Management: Managing multiple accounts and sales opportunities efficiently.
