Youll work on piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & controls, structural steel, concrete, civil works, scaffolding, and commissioning/startup projects ranging from $50M to $1B+, offering opportunities for learning, growth, and career acceleration. Essential Responsibilities Implements and maintains Ledcor systems and procedures throughout the project duration. Performs general administrative and recordkeeping functions, including reviewing and distributing documentation, preparing correspondence, meeting minutes, and tracking project milestones. Supports the site Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) program through inspections, safety meetings, and observation programs. Supports the Quality program through quality awareness sessions, specification reviews, and inspection of completed work. Coordinates the request for information (RFI) process, maintains RFI logs, and ensures timely distribution to affected trades. Prepares purchase requisitions and assists with procurement of materials and equipment. Assists in scoping, planning, and development of Field Installation Work Packages (FIWP) and ensures timely removal of constraints for crews. Supports contract management through tendering, technical evaluation, awarding of work, invoice processing, and reviewing documents and inquiries. Manages the change management process by identifying and documenting contract changes, and submitting change notifications and pricing to the client within contractual timeframes. Assists with development of the project schedule and tracks milestones, updating the schedule throughout the project and reviewing with Project Manager/Superintendent. Supports Project Controls by providing input to construction progress and necessary reporting. Manages review, distribution, and filing of contract documents per the project document distribution matrix. Organizes project closeout, prepares turnover documents, and assists in site demobilization and archival. May perform other related duties as required. Qualifications Professional Engineering, Technology designation, or Journeyperson certification is an asset. 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial construction (Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Petrochemical, or Potash). Ability to read and understand construction documents. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and scheduling software such as Primavera. Experience with other construction planning and management software is an asset. Strong communication skills, confident interacting with key contacts verbally and in writing. Knowledge of core construction office processes: project setup, subcontract management, change management, RFIs, technical reviews, and project closeout. Ability to identify problems, generate solutions, and make sound decisions using standard procedures. Capable of probing, listening carefully, presenting information clearly, and persuading others in straightforward situations. Willingness to contribute actively in team activities, sharing experiences and ideas. Work Conditions Sitebased position.
