Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role will work with CRAFTs Finance Department and play a critical leadership role in ensuring the financial health, operational integrity and long-term sustainability of CRAFT. The Controller oversees the full cycle of accounting, payroll, treasury, budgeting, internal financial controls, regulatory compliance, as well as budget preparation and financial reporting for the team and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of accounting experience and is excited to be an imperative part of our growth.Due to the nature of this role, it is essential that this individual is a strong leader and will conduct themselves with professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and with others.
