How you will spend your time Increase sales for the portfolio for your respective businesses Liaise with corresponding U.S. Sales Teams Prepare and present business plans, which include: Initiate and champion line review process Initiate and plan account promotional plans Merchandising codevelopment and execution Coordinate divisional channel manager activities Responsible for account P&L measurements, which include: Top line sales Standard margin Warranty Controllable expenses Account ownership, which includes: Account key contact and ownership of meetings Partnership with NAM & Channel Manager to execute business plan Forecasting ownership (unit detail/sales call reconciliation) Track and analyze POS results Show Coordination Assisting NAMs with preparation of account shows, setup of price lists, show specials entered into system and communicated to account Account Administration Creating product setup sheets for new listing and new product launches Ensuring product pricing validation on account cost lists Ensure program is loaded before field presentation Content Management Partnering with our internal teams to build content for our customers Managing the upkeep of new and existing content and ensuring it is at Gold Standard What we need College or University graduate with degree or diploma in Business or another relevant field of study Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales/Marketing with a record of demonstrated achievement and leadership, strong team player Creativity and strategic thinking skills Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks Excellent selling and negotiation skills Good understanding of basic financial concepts Strong communication and interpersonal skills SelfMotivated with the ability to work well independently Strong organizational and time management/multitasking skills Computer proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook What you get We care about the safety and the wellbeing of our employees.
