Provide product knowledge and sales training to strengthen sales performance. Lead regional marketing events. Gather market intel and report on market trends to stay ahead of the curve. Help manage inventory Resolve any issues that could affect brand integrity and presence in the market. Support planning and promotional activities in the field. Merchandising support. Training and booth support trade show events. Interact daily with consumers, dealers, trade and members of the design committee in person and over the phone/email and live chat Provide white glove service by recommending tailored solutions to the customer to drive brand loyalty and ensure superior after sale service and support The candidate will be a subject matter expert on the premium products and able to address installations inquiries Qualifications Entrepreneurial mindset and spirit with a drive to exceed sales goals 3-5 years of retail sales, outbound preferred, or sales management experience is essential. Bilingual in English and French Home office, this role is 100% remote aside from training Exceptional communication skills, whether your emailing, jumping on a call, or speaking with a customer live.
