This is a LOCAL position based in Fort McMurray, AB. Candidates must reside in Fort McMurray, or the immediate surrounding area. This role is a 1-YEAR CONTRACT to start, with the potential for extension. Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | The successful candidate must be available for standby coverage on designated fly-in/fly-out days (responding to calls and booking flights as required). Responsibilities and Duties Arrange travel and camp accommodation for personnel according to the project schedule. Resolve flight or camp discrepancies and address any related grievances. Respond to a wide range of travel and service issues via email and telephone. Inform employees and management of travel discrepancies and ensure all staff are aware of travel procedures. Assist in developing customer service standards, policies, and procedures for the organization. Review and submit time sheets to the client in a timely manner. Support the investigation and resolution of servicerelated errors. Capture data and perform Labor Equipment Management (LEM) entries, including reconciliation of service orders. Collaborate with customers to gather information and ensure quality, ontime service delivery. Work with the Site Manager regarding services provided or billing matters. Communicate solutions, successes, and opportunities to the management team. For complex servicerelated situations, interact with customers to provide accurate information regarding products, accounts, and services. Coordinate customer service requirements with other departments as necessary to ensure effective delivery service. Handle and resolve customer scheduling issues or complaints, escalating to the Site Manager when required. Participate in planning, staging, training, and rollout of major projects as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 25 years of experience in a customer service or support role. Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating travel arrangements. High School Diploma required. Business Administration Certificate or Diploma is considered an asset. Ability to work independently and in a fastpaced, dynamic environment. Other Requirements Must have legal authorization to work in Canada Valid drivers license, clean driving abstract, and reliable vehicle with proof of insurance. Must successfully complete background and motor vehicle checks. Skills & Competencies Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to anticipate and respond to client needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to quickly learn new processes and adapt to changing circumstances.
