Be part of a purposeful career as an Activity Aide in an Adult Day Program. Support clients through personalized care and activity planning to promote well-being and independence. This full-time role requires implementing a range of planned activities in line with individual service needs. You will work closely with families and the internal team to adjust service plans continuously. Engaging clients through group activities will improve their social skills and overall life quality, embracing their unique preferences and challenges. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to individual service plan development Collaborate in recreational program planning and execution Facilitate group activities for client engagement Assist clients with daily living tasks as needed Monitor safety and coordinate with team members Requirements: Community College diploma or equivalent in health care Certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Food Handling Experience in Adult Day Services is an asset Familiarity with individuals with cognitive challenges Strong observational and communication skills Help empower clients and encourage their active participation in life through compassionate support. #J-18808-Ljbffr
