Course descriptions, schedules, tutorial sessions, and teaching mode can be found on the University of Toronto Timetable Builder at: Faculty/Division: University of Toronto Mississauga. Department/Subject Area: Communication, Culture, Information & Technology. Appointment Dates: July 1 August 31, 2026. Duties Design, administer, and teach a university credit course, including preparation and delivery of course material. Supervise teaching assistants assigned to the course, if applicable. Develop, administer, and mark assignments, tests, and exams. Calculate and submit grades to university officials. Hold regular office hours and maintain reasonable availability for student contact. Travel to UTM to carry out duties unless the course is delivered online. Qualifications Ph.D. in a relevant discipline or demonstrated excellence teaching and advanced technological skills. Must have completed a graduate degree specific to the subject matter. Experience teaching a similar topic at the undergraduate level. Record of research that reflects the subject matter. Ability to meet deadlines and work under time constraints. Experience and ability to supervise teaching assistants (for courses requiring TA support).
