Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive homemaking services, including cleaning, cooking, laundry, and general household management. Offer companionship and accompany clients to community activities and events. Administer personal care services in accordance with the care plan directives. Ensure the emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort and safety of clients to the highest possible standard. Assist clients with activities of daily living, tailored to meet their specific needs. Perform specialized procedures for clients where training has been provided while demonstrating current competency. Observe and document client conditions in line with company standards; promptly report any unusual events or changes in client condition to the Supervisor or Office. Requirements Completion of formal, accredited caregiver training program and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience. Strong knowledge of caregiving principles and excellent customerservice skills. Effective communication skills in spoken and written English; French proficiency is an asset. Current knowledge of practices for community care and ability to provide highquality care services. Physical ability to assist clients with movement and repositioning; capacity to lift 23 kg, squat, bend, stand, and reach.
