Embark on a tourism career as a Shuttle Promotion Specialist, responsible for engaging guests and enhancing their experience. Promote free shuttle services at key tourist attractions in the city. In this role, you will actively participate in promoting shuttle services and informing potential guests about local attractions. Your expert knowledge of the shuttles and the Capilano attractions will drive excitement and interest among visitors. Work collaboratively with the Shuttle Team to provide consistent service across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: Promote the free shuttle and other visitor services Engage with guests at tourist hotspots Partner with local businesses for guest benefit Manage peak shuttle times and offer alternatives Assist guests with luggage during shuttling Requirements: At least 1 years experience in Guest Services or Hospitality Familiarity with the tourism sector is beneficial Related education in tourism or hospitality is preferred Enthusiasm for guest service and local culture Multilingual abilities are a plus Bring your enthusiasm for tourism and guest engagement, promoting shuttle services to create unforgettable experiences. #J-18808-Ljbffr
