As a Retail Specialist, Key Holder, your primary daily interactions will be with your coworkers and customers. Qualifications The ability to have an engaging conversation to discover our customers needs and deliver a winning solution Experience working within a fastpaced environment where customers can expect prompt and personal service A positive attitude that leads to exceptional customer experience Availability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays The position is a unionized role, and the starting salary stipulated in the collective agreement is $17.75 per hour plus commissions.
