Start Date: Mid-May Position Overview We are seeking a Marketing & Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team! This is a handson role that blends marketing execution with incottage guest experience, offering exposure to brand, hospitality, and operations within a growing luxury vacation rental company. As a core member of a small and growing team, this individual will gain exposure to all facets of marketing and play an active role in shaping the brand. This position is wellsuited to someone looking to develop their skills while taking ownership of meaningful, highimpact work. As a seasonal business, this role evolves throughout the year: during the summer months, the focus shifts toward guest experience and ontheground execution, including coordinating arrival gifting and incottage touches. This requires a highly proactive, detailoriented approach to ensure every guest interaction reflects the quality and consistency of the brand. During the offseason, the role becomes more marketingfocused, supporting the daytoday execution of brand initiatives, including campaign planning, content creation, partnerships, and overall customer journey development. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Operations (Summer Focus) Coordinate arrival gifting and incottage guest experiences Ensure all guestfacing touchpoints align with brand standards Assist with ontheground execution of guestrelated initiatives Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of experiences Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and brand perception Marketing & Brand (YearRound / OffSeason Focus) Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives Assist with content creation, including social media, email, and website updates Coordinate PR, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations Contribute to event planning and brand activations Assist in shaping and optimizing the customer journey Support B2B and multiaudience marketing efforts, including communications to homeowners, and marketing initiatives across related brands and services (e.g., Villas of Muskoka, Concierge) Support ongoing marketing projects and strategic initiatives as needed Qualifications & Experience 13 years of experience in marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field Postsecondary degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or similar Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail Creative, with a strong eye for aesthetics and brand presentation Proactive and comfortable taking initiative in a fastpaced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Collaborative and teamoriented, with a willingness to support across functions and contribute wherever needed Technically proficient and quick to learn new systems and tools Experience with Canva and content creation Additional Requirements Valid G drivers licence Available to work inoffice in Muskoka during the summer months Ability to manage shifting priorities in a seasonal business environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
