Position Summary Working as a Customer Service Manager at Walmart Canada is a great way to develop your skills in the retail industry. What you''ll do Ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, including safe lifting techniques, cleanliness of the area, evacuations, down registers, emergency codes, and theft. Handle customer and Associate concerns and provide guidance as required. Monitor Front End associates to ensure proper coverage, coordinate breaks, and assist with outlying registers. Provide training to Associates on systems and Company procedures, including scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs and initiatives, discounts, EAS system, and safety. Oversee purchases, returns and exchanges; assist with correcting errors, provide approvals, and verify processes to meet Company guidelines. Ensure all EAS systems function to standard; address cashier deactivations and greeter issues, and complete Failure to Deactivate logs. Prepare registers for opening and closing daily; support cashiers by providing change as needed and maintain front end cash levels; support processes by completing audits on register accuracy. Oversee and promote all company sponsor programs and initiatives, including credit card service, Walmart protection plan, charity initiatives, and discount programs. The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.45. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience. Le taux horaire minimum pour ce poste dbute 17.45 $.
