Working in a dynamic, matrix environment, The Services Partners Sales Leader drives Services order growth through a defined portfolio of strategically selected Services partners (e.g., EcoXperts service performers, Authorized Services Resellers) and, where applicable, Product BUmanaged partners (eOEMs, panel builders, system integrators, IT solution providers). The role delivers profitable growth by activating partners on a clear playground (defined end-user lists, segments, and/or geography), building pipeline, and ensuring predictable execution and forecasting. Key accountabilities Partner strategy & portfolio Codevelop and implement the country Services partner strategy and programs, aligned with global guidance and country Services marketing support Design clear KPIs that turn partner activity into accountable, outcome driven high performance, creating a seamless link between partner growth and overall business growth. Identify, qualify, and onboard new partners to optimize market and account coverage Define each partners scope of coverage (enduser lists, segments, geography) and communicate the delegation model clearly to internal teams and customers Negotiate, sign, and manage partner agreements and program participation for the assigned partner portfolio Growth, pipeline, and execution Establish annual growth targets with each assigned partner and drive execution against those targets Build, qualify, and accelerate pipeline with partners through joint planning, partner/customer visits, campaigns, and events (6070% partner/customerfacing time) Orchestrate internal resources (VSSR/OSSR, tendering, quotation team) to support partner opportunities and deliver highquality commercial proposals in the expected timelines Monitor performance and remove blockers through regular partner reviews and clear escalation management Customer outcomes & partner enablement Support partners in building skills and capabilities to sell and deliver Schneider Electric Services offers across the asset lifecycle Oversee the quality of partnerled execution for delegated end users (orders, delivery coordination, rebates where applicable), ensuring customer satisfaction and rapid issue resolution Promote and drive adoption of Schneiders digital ecosystem within the partner portfolio to improve visibility, speed, and performance Forecasting, governance, and business rhythm Provide monthly forecast updates and quarterly business outlook for the assigned scope Maintain a disciplined operating rhythm: partner business reviews, pipeline reviews, and quarterly coverage/prioritization alignment with Services and BU/Channel stakeholders Contribute to the 3year business plan in collaboration with Product BUs and Country Channel leaders Tools & ways of working Drive consistent usage of the required tools for opportunity and funnel management and partner performance tracking, including BFO (Salesforce.com) and other relevant digital tools (e.g., My Schneider opportunities, Seamless, IB2diag) Skills and Experince required Minimum 5 years experience in channel / intermediaries business with enduser exposure Minimum 5 years experience in technical sales, ideally within Services Strong understanding of Schneider Electric Services offers across the Asset Management lifecycle Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including with Clevel customers Proven matrix collaboration, influence, and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP tools The compensation range for this fulltime position, which includes base pay and incentive, is $135,000 - $150,000 for candidates who are Ontario residents. Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, jobrelated skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
