Guiding the project team through the preparation of technical reports to support the project deliverables and ensure the project and client needs are met effectively and in a timely manner. Preparing engineering fee estimates. Monitoring, controlling, and reporting project status internally and externally. Preparing proposals and participating in business development/marketing initiatives for the group. Applying projectmanagement principles to effectively motivate and guide project teams.
