Requisition ID: 924487 Store # : 004373 Sunglass Hut Position: Full-Time General Function The Store Manager is an on-the-floor leader who performs all store functions and serves as a guide and role model for the team. The manager coaches, develops, and inspires associates to deliver the brands customer experience and meet sales and operational goals. Major Duties And Responsibilities Utilizes The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to consistently deliver on the sales plan and company objectives. Drives sales by identifying opportunities to achieve personal and store goals. Leads by example through coaching, mentoring, and inspiring the team to enhance store performance. Fosters a peoplecentric culture that encourages teamwork, career growth, and talent retention. Recruits, hires, and trains staff using onboarding tools provided as part of The Sunglass Hut Experience. Creates an inspirational work environment that reflects the brands integrity. Builds emotional connection within the team that translates into sales and ensures consistent delivery of The Sunglass Hut Experience. Coaches and develops associates to ensure absolute execution of operational policies and procedures. Develops customer relationships through interaction and feedback. Acts as an ambassador for the Sunglass Hut brand. Executes brand standards and maintains impeccable operational execution. Communicates promotions, contests, and incentives to the team. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous leadership experience of 2+ years. Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of store operations. Attention to detail. Ability to use critical thinking to deliver absolute execution of operational components. Preferred Qualifications Customer service and/or retail experience. Pay Range and Compensation Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
