Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Hercules Fundy MMS in Truro, Nova Scotia . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a mechanical or trades background (such as a millwright or machinist) who is ready to transition into a sales and customer service role while staying close to the technical side of the industry. You will represent Hercules with professionalism and pride, helping clients find practical, cost-effective solutions for their machining and millwrighting needs while driving growth within your territory. Free parking and a consistent weekday schedule Key Accountabilities Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through face-to-face visits and technical consultations. Identify customer needs and recommend Hercules products and services that solve real operational challenges. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project follow-through. Prospect for new accounts while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing customers. Track and report key sales activities, opportunities, and results. Requirements A background in a mechanical, industrial, or technical trade (e.g., millwright, machinist, mechanical technician) or post-secondary education in a related field. Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort discussing technical equipment and solutions. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Motivation to learn sales strategies, build customer relationships, and drive results. Previous sales or account management experience is an asset, but we are open to training the right candidate with the right attitude and transferable skills. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Ability to pass background, reference, and drivers abstract checks.
