Position Summary: Were looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Associate to join our team. In this role, youll help keep our facility safe, clean, and fully operational by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep. Maintenance Associated Duties and Responsibilities Maintain the condition of flooring, walls, stairways, carpets, lobby areas, pools, parking lot, and lawn maintenance. Inspect the building, grounds, and equipment. Handle necessary repairs and maintenance requests in a timely fashion, including the installation of equipment and parts to hotel rooms and building. Follow local and provincial building codes. Comply with all company safety regulations. Report any issues to the Maintenance Supervisor. Load and unload equipment and tools into work vehicles if needed. Follow written and verbal instructions from the Maintenance Manager. Read and follow manuals and other written instructions. Move furniture or equipment to storage garages and hotel rooms. Use equipment, including power tools, hand tools, and electric tools. Handle the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds. Collaborate with maintenance workers, Maintenance Supervisor, and contractors in certain circumstances. Qualifications & Experience At least one year of building maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrician experience is strongly preferred. A certification in building maintenance is a plus.
