This is a fulltime permanent position. Responsibilities Site visitations throughout Southern New Brunswick for estimating and site inspections Plan reading and take offs for estimating Develop and prepare quotations as well as estimating and bid preparation Crew and job coordination including safety assurance Quality and inventory control Customer service and order processing Project management from start to completion Maintain quality client relationships including follow ups Qualifications and Skills Must Have A minimum of two years or more industry experience Supervisory and/or management experience A Business Degree, Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent The ability to organize and prioritize efficiently as well as meet deadlines as required Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills (bilingualism an asset) Professionalism and the ability to be productive in stressful situations Access to a vehicle and valid drivers license Sales experience and/or exposure to the construction industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
