This role is based on-site at our Calgary, AB facility and requires a regular in-office presence to support warehouse and production operations. What Youll Be Doing In this national role, you will oversee inventory management (BC, AB and QC) and warehouse execution (AB) across multiple facilities, ensuring accuracy, availability, efficiency, and alignment with production needs. Own national inventory accuracy and variance reduction, and lead waste reduction initiatives. Oversee warehouse processes, receiving and stock movement. Validate and continuously improve inventory control processes and systems. Ensure cycle counts (End of Week, End of Quarter) are completed accurately and on time across all locations. Track and report on inventory and warehouse KPIs; drive accountability through datadriven insights. Forecast inventory risks and shortages to support OTIF performance. Align receiving, production, and pick schedules to optimise inventory flow. Ensure FIFO rotation and shelflife management are consistently followed. Partner closely with Purchasing, Production, and QA to resolve issues and prevent recurrence. Identify operational bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Manage business supplies and raw materials at a national level. Coach and support Inventory and Warehouse Supervisors to maintain performance and engagement. Provide steady leadership and continuity during a 12month LOA coverage period. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in inventory and warehouse operations, preferably in food manufacturing or distribution. Experience supporting or managing operations across multiple sites or regions. Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency (3+ years). 5+ years of WMS experience. 3+ years of people leadership experience, including performance management and talent development. Experience partnering with purchasing, production, and quality teams. Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience is an asset. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to balance strategic priorities with daytoday execution. Postsecondary education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an asset. Flexibility to support weekend and/or evening work based on business needs. What You Can Expect Starting salary of $105K annually. Performance based bonus structure based on KPI achievement.
