Foster leadership skills as a Camp Counsellor for a CEO program. Engage deeply with guests, facilitating conversations and experiences in a nurturing environment. This role requires a passionate individual to guide CEO guests through an enriching 4-week program focused on leadership development. As you live and eat alongside the guests, your responsibilities will include organizing activities, leading discussions on Christian principles, and ensuring a fun, safe atmosphere. You will play a critical part in their leadership journey while encouraging personal growth through group dynamics. Key Responsibilities: Oversee guests during all camp activities Engage in one-on-one discussions with participants Host and lead evening program activities Coordinate small group discussion sessions Actively participate in camp functions and events Requirements: Age requirement: 21 or older Experience with children or youth preferred Strong ability to communicate effectively Commitment to Christian values and group conversations Skilled in time and relationship management Shape the futures of young leaders through immersive guidance and deep conversations in a vibrant camp setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
