Using a variety of tools including Excel, Power BI, and in-house ERP systems you will analyze, optimize, calculate, develop and track Pricing models and supporting inputs; including market trends, and competitive intelligence. Driven by a culture of continuous improvement, this role will support various initiatives both in Canada and beyond.Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize list prices for products and services within the rock drilling tools portfolio. Calculate and maintain customer-specific pricing for rock tools products. Develop pricing models for service offerings such as Direct Delivery, Tool Reconditioning, and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI). Assist in preparing RFQ proposals, reviewing contracts, and supporting finalization processes. Monitor market trends, profitability and competitor pricing to support strategic pricing decisions. Set and update pricing within Pricing and ERP systems. Support annual customer price reviews and implement necessary revisions. Collaborate with the Commercial Manager and Pricing Specialist on various commercial tasks and initiatives.Education & Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial, pricing, or financial roles. Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent in English with a high level of professional proficiency. Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Familiarity with ERP and Pricing systems. Familiarity with pricing strategy frameworks and margin analysisIt would be great if: Solid understanding of mining and rock drilling tools.
