Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end execution of programmatic campaigns across Programmatic Guaranteed (PG), Private Marketplace (PMP), and Open MarketSet up, activate, and optimize deals to ensure delivery and performanceAnalyze campaign performance using bid strategy, floor pricing, and win rate metricsProvide recommendations on budget pacing, inventory access, and KPI improvementIdentify and drive revenue growth through targeting expansion and optimization strategiesTroubleshoot campaign delivery issues related to ad serving, measurement, and creativesAct as escalation point for complex technical and platform-related issuesCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on campaign strategy and executionSupport sales and account teams with technical inputs, forecasting, and performance insightsDeliver campaign reports, insights, and optimization recommendationsRequirements:3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising (buy-side, sell-side, or platform)Strong understanding of PG, PMP, and Open Market deal typesKnowledge of auction dynamics, bidding strategies, and optimization leversHands-on experience with programmatic platforms and campaign workflowsFamiliarity with measurement, brand safety, and data integrationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
