QA Testing Analyst Records Management System (RMS)Duration: 6mo (possible extension)Hybrid: 23 days onsiteLocation: downtown TorontoHours: 35 hours/week***Note: this role is for publicsector sector, so candidates must be ready for a deep-dive backcheck clearance similar to security clearance (must have 5-year of verifiable residency in Canada, PR or CAN status, clear criminal record; Canadian security clearance of any level is a nice-to-have)Main DeliverablesValidate quality, functionality, and operational readiness of a Niche Records Management System (RMS) prior to deploymentEnsure RMS workflows meet approved acceptance criteria and publicsector operational standardsPrevent defects that could impact frontline operations, disclosure processes, audits, or court proceedingsTechnical StackMUST-HAVE and MUST by properly described in your CV : Records Management System (RMS) - Niche or other comparable publicsafety system experience (Versaterm, Hexagon, CentralSquare, Tyler, OpenText, etc..)Azure DevOps (test case management, work items, defect tracking)User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Workflowdriven enterprise applicationsRequirementsMinimum 5-year QA testing experienceHands-on experience with Niche Records Management Systems (RMS) or comparable publicsafety platformsHandson experience using Azure DevOps for test execution and defect lifecycle managementExperience testing complex, workflowdriven enterprise systemsStrong knowledge of data integrity, privacy, evidentiary, and operational risk controlsExperience in publicsector, policing, justice, or regulated environments (highly preferrable )Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute test cases in alignment with the approved QA testing planReview and validate RMS tickets and work items, determining pass/fail against acceptance criteriaLog, track, and manage defects in Azure DevOps through resolutionSupport UAT activities and validate business and operational outcomesAssess system impacts related to disclosure, auditability, privacy, and evidentiary requirementsCollaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure RMS readiness for production
