If youre looking to be part of a company that is actively improving, expanding, and raising the bar in gas leak detection and pipeline mapping this is where you do it.What Youll Be DoingConduct gas leak surveys on distribution and transmission pipelines using advanced detection equipmentIdentify, classify, and document methane leaks in accordance with regulatory and client standardsPerform high-accuracy pipeline mapping and asset verification using GNSS equipmentCollect and manage geospatial data to support pipeline integrity and compliance programsInterpret maps, records, and as-built drawings to validate and update pipeline locationsComplete detailed digital field reports, sketches, and data submissionsCommunicate clearly with supervisors, clients, and stakeholders regarding findings and site conditionsMaintain strong, professional relationships with landowners and the public while working in the fieldPerform all work in compliance with safety standards, while pushing beyond minimum industry expectationsApproach each job with an owners mindset identifying risks, efficiencies, and opportunities to improve executionWhat Were Looking ForExperience in gas leak detection, pipeline inspection, or utility field services (preferred)Familiarity with methane detection equipment and survey methodologiesExperience with GNSS / GPS data collection and mapping (preferred)Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, defensible dataAbility to work independently in field environments with minimal supervisionStrong communication skills able to clearly interact with clients, landowners, and team membersBackground in competitive athletics (varsity or high-level team sports) is considered a strong assetWillingness to travel and adapt to changing field and environmental conditionsA mindset focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvementRequired Certifications & RequirementsValid Ground Disturbance Level II or willing to take courseCSTS 2020, WHMIS, and First Aid (current) or willing to take courseValid drivers licence with a clean abstractAbility to pass drug and alcohol testingCompensation & Benefits$25.00 $30.00 per hour (based on experience)Extended health, dental, and vision coverageSeasonal WorkClear opportunities for advancement as the company scalesWork DetailsJob Type: Full-timeSchedule: Field-based, travel requiredWork Location: On the road (Alberta-based projects)Our Core ValuesSecond to None We aim to be the only choice by delivering work that clearly separates us from the competitionUniform Excellence Every team member operates at a high, consistent standardOwners Eyes We approach every jobsite with accountability and awarenessUnlimited Horizons We invest in people first, knowing growth drives performanceChallenge the Best Practices Industry standards are our baseline, not our ceiling
