Job Title

The producer is responsible for ideating, concepting and writing shot lists video production based on a client provided brief. The producer oversees complex program shoots and directs on camera talent as required.JOB DUTIES-Work collaboratively with account managers and post-production team in the planning and execution of video and photo shoots-Develop and write creative and engaging shot-lists for video production including camera and talent direction, based on a client provide brief-Ensure suggested shot-list conforms to the service sold and is achievable in the allotted studio time booked per client-Attend shoots located in Toronto, serve as first point of contact for creative production team including videographer, props stylist, food stylist, post-production team-Revise and update all relevant documents as per external and internal customer feedback-Participate in video creative briefs and pre-production meetings-Attend client video pre-production meetings as required-Talent booking and voice over direction-Location scouting, including the procurement of relevant permits and insurance certificates-Overall support to the team to ensure exceptional quality on all video programs-Script writing for video as required-Perform quality control checks and managing final deliverables to Project Manager and/or ClientJOB QUALIFICATIONSDegree or Diploma in film, TV, video production or related (a combination of education and experience can be substituted)Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience producing or creating video content for social media and brand partnershipsExperience working on professional video or television setsAbility to direct to direct talent on cameraAbility to oversee several projects at once, ensuring exceptional quality every single timeAbility to understand and apply brand guidelines to creative outputKnowledge of current social video trends including but not limited to; recipe style videos, product teaser/launch, talking head, product explainer/demoExceptional script writing skillsPassion for excellence, quality and customer experienceExperience working with Microsoft Apps including; Powerpoint, Office, Teams, SharepointAbility to assess project timelines and meet deadlines
