The mandate is to build and continuously refine a differentiated, market leading value propositionacross product assortment, inventory strategy, pricing, promotions, and value-added programsthat drives customer acquisition, deepens market penetration, and strengthens long-term retention.Essential Functions Establish and maintain a profitable pricing strategy in close consultation with Sales, includingsetting, monitoring, and adjusting pricing structures to ensure margin generation andsustainable profitability. Oversee inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts, implementing effectiveforecasting models to anticipate demand and align inventory accordingly. Utilizes sales data andmarket trends to develop accurate sales forecasts, procurement and production planning. Partner closely with the sales team in the field by regularly visiting customers to gather marketinsights, strengthen relationships, and align category strategies with real-world customer needsand opportunities Partners with Business Intelligence Team in monitoring, collecting competitive data andcustomer insights obtained through the sales field or customers directly for analysis to identifyand define the segment of customer behaviors and decision-making points on marketpositioning, pricing and product performance in the market. Maintains and updates internal product listing systems, databases, and related tools to ensureaccurate and current product information, specifications, and catalog data are readily accessiblefor sales, marketing, and operational teams. Develops and executes promotional programs, especially targeting slow-moving or obsoleteinventory to optimize stock turnover. Takes ownership of the product portfolio within the segment, making recommendations on SKUdiscontinuation or rationalization based on sales performance and market demand. Identifies key segment gaps and develops strategic solutions to capitalize on significant marketopportunities. Acts as the primary liaison between the target market and the factory, providing valuablecustomer and consumer feedback to inform product development and enhancements. Creates and delivers training on product features and benefits for both internal teams andexternal customers, utilizing various training methods. Coordinates pilot programs and product testing in the field in collaboration with technicalteams and regional sales to ensure successful market introduction. Manages all marketing collateralPOS, print, digital propertiesensuring alignment with thesegments market positioning and messaging. Identifies and participates in regional trade shows and industry events to gather marketintelligence and assess product performance.Travel Availability to attend the Woodbridge office when requested. Periodic travel (customer visits, trade shows, events, etc.)Preferred Skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams,clients and vendors. Ability to understand and analyze complex data and industry trends. Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. A customer-centric mindset focused on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction, whilemaintaining corporate objectives. Negotiation skills to develop mutually beneficial agreements with vendors and customers. Effective time management and organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of sales/product experience in the tire industry, in a TBR capacity Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
