Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesOutsourcing & Staffing DeliveryOwn and manage end-to-end outsourcing delivery, including workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and deployment of engineers to client projectsPartner with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements aligned with client needsEnsure high-quality delivery of outsourced services in line with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligationsTeam Leadership & Performance ManagementLead and manage a cross-functional team (embedded, OS, AI, hardware/software engineers, etc.)Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and career development for deployed employeesDrive team productivity, engagement, and retention across client programsClient & Account ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for the client, managing relationships, expectations, and escalationsEnsure high levels of client satisfaction, delivery quality, and communication transparencyTranslate client requirements into actionable delivery and staffing plansBusiness Growth & Account ExpansionIdentify and drive new business opportunities within the existing account (headcount growth, new projects, new geographies)Support sales, proposals, and commercial negotiations for outsourcing and staffing servicesCollaborate with leadership on account strategy and revenue growthProgram & Delivery OversightOversee execution of projects involving low-level OS development, AI, and hardware/software integrationManage project plans, resource allocation, budgets, and timelinesCoordinate with overseas teams and global stakeholders to ensure seamless deliveryOperational ExcellenceEnsure compliance with internal processes, documentation standards, and governance frameworksTrack and report delivery metrics, utilization, and financial performanceDrive continuous improvement in delivery models, processes, and team capabilitiesRequired QualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field8+ years of experience in technical delivery, staffing, or outsourcing environmentsProven experience managing client-facing delivery and outsourced teamsStrong understanding of semiconductor, embedded systems, OS, or AI domainsExperience managing distributed/global teams and offshore delivery modelsDemonstrated success in client relationship management and account growthStrong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in semiconductor or embedded systems staffing/outsourcingBackground in sales, account management, or business developmentFamiliarity with contracting models (T&M, fixed price, managed services)Experience working with global clients (e.g., North America, APAC, EMEA)
