This is a high-impact position where your ability to manage the non-technical aspects of product development will directly enable the technical team to focus on core execution.What Youll DoProduct Ownership and Requirements ManagementLead weekly client meetings to review requested features and capture the underlying intent of new requirements.Translate vague client requests into detailed, scoped documentation and tickets within Linear.Facilitate scoping sessions for new projects, creating diagrams, mock-ups, and documentation to define the project roadmap.Delivery Coordination and AccountabilityAct as the primary point of accountability for project timelines, ensuring developers remain on track for scheduled releases.Review completed work to ensure it meets the original intent and lead product demonstrations for clients.Communicate proactively with clients regarding timeline shifts or technical roadblocks, explaining complex issues in an accessible manner.Stakeholder Communication and EngagementServe as the main point of contact for clients, shielding the technical team from constant communication interruptions.Collaborate closely with technical leads to brainstorm solutions and determine the feasibility of client requests.Manage a variety of projects simultaneously, adapting quickly to different software products and client needs.What Youll BringHybrid Professionalism: Proven ability to function across Project Management, Business Analysis, and Product Owner roles.Technical Literacy: While not necessarily a developer, you must be 'technical enough' to understand software constraints (e.g., forms, logic) and communicate effectively with engineers.Accountability and Ownership: A strong track record of keeping teams to deadlines and taking full ownership of the non-technical product lifecycle.Rapid Adaptability: The ability to quickly learn and manage multiple diverse software products and client environments.Communication Excellence: Skilled at guiding clients through the discovery process to identify what they actually need versus what they initially ask for.Tooling Proficiency: Experience with, or ability to quickly master, tools like Linear for ticketing and AI-assist workflows (e.g., Claude, Granola).This is an opportunity to join a growing company that values your expertise and provides significant opportunities to expand your skills and responsibilities.
