What Youll Be DoingAs a Business Analyst at TAINA, youll play a critical role in integrating our platform into some of the worlds largest financial institutions.Youll be responsible for:Working directly with customers to integrate the TAINA Platform into their existing systems and processesActing as a key bridge between clients, product, engineering, and deliveryEngaging stakeholders on technical, operational, and businessprocess topicsDefining clear, highquality requirements in collaboration with subjectmatter expertsValidating new feature requirements both internally and externallySupporting and overseeing data migration exercisesWorking closely with delivery teams to shape BDD requirements and acceptance criteriaOwning the acceptance phase of new features and supporting deployment readinessBuilding and maintaining strong, trusted client relationshipsSupporting product demonstrations for existing and prospective clientsThis is not a passive role.Youll have visibility, autonomy, and real influence over how our platform evolves.
