Daily tasks include supervising a team of powder coating technicians, ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing production schedules, and conducting quality control checks. The Supervisor will oversee the preparation of materials, enforce safety protocols, and maintain equipment to ensure consistent and efficient operations.QualificationsMUST HAVE POWDER COATING EXPERIENCEProven Supervisory Skills, with experience leading teams or managing shiftsStrong Quality Control and Quality Assurance expertise to uphold production standardsFamiliarity with Laboratory Skills and working knowledge of Chemistry related to coatingsExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailEffective communication and teamwork skillsPrevious experience in powder coating or manufacturing environments is an asset
