OTS offers temporary, temp to hire, direct hire and emergency on call opportunities including great benefits.TITLE: SuperintendentSALARY: $85,000 - $105,000 per yearSCHEDULE: Full-TimeOVERVIEW: Seeking a skilled wastewater treatment leader to manage city operations, oversee staff, ensure safety, and deliver projects on time. Make a difference by maintaining essential community infrastructure.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage wastewater treatment plant operations as Designated Operator (DRC)Oversee maintenance, projects, and SCADA systemsLead staff, handle performance, safety, and recruitmentManage budgets, reports, and testingEnsure safety compliance and operational efficiencyREQUIREMENTS:Strong communication and leadership skillsKnowledge of wastewater systems, SCADA, and safety protocolsExperience supervising unionized teamsProficient in Microsoft OfficeValid drivers licensePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to inspect facilities and work outdoors in various weather conditions.MUST HAVES FOR ROLE: Utility Pants: Durable utility pants required. Safety Shoes: Steel-toed safety shoes mandatory. Background and drug screening required.
