TITLE: Superintendent SALARY: $85,000 - $105,000 per year SCHEDULE: Full-Time OVERVIEW: Seeking a skilled wastewater treatment leader to manage city operations, oversee staff, ensure safety, and deliver projects on time. Make a difference by maintaining essential community infrastructure. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage wastewater treatment plant operations as Designated Operator (DRC) Oversee maintenance, projects, and SCADA systems Lead staff, handle performance, safety, and recruitment Manage budgets, reports, and testing Ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency REQUIREMENTS: Strong communication and leadership skills Knowledge of wastewater systems, SCADA, and safety protocols Experience supervising unionized teams Proficient in Microsoft Office Valid drivers license PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to inspect facilities and work outdoors in various weather conditions. MUST HAVES FOR ROLE: Utility Pants: Durable utility pants required. Safety Shoes: Steel-toed safety shoes mandatory. Background and drug screening required.
