Come Join an exciting new swim school as our Lead Swim Instructor!ResponsibilitiesReports to and communicates directly with the Aquatics Director or ManagerWork a flexible schedule that may include holidays and weekends as required by business needs and as requested by managementBe correctly dressed in British Swim School uniform and prepared pool-side at least 15 minutes before the start of your first lessonEngagement with children/swimmers while smiling, singing, and having fun while teaching lessonsDisciplined to follow schedules and enforce safety procedures as well as follow policies, teaching techniques and procedures of British Swim SchoolUsing your training to teach these techniques to all new swim instructors that join our program with an emphasis on survival skillsObserving classes and performing coaching reports to ensure proper safety protocols and swim techniques are being followed to British Swim School brand standardsAttending staff meetings and ongoing training/coaching as requested by the Aquatics Director or ManagerConducting monthly in-service meetings and on-going training for the instructor teamInforming the Deck Ambassador of any needs or maintenance issues that need addressingSpeaking to parents/customers about their childrens progressOther responsibilities as assigned by the Aquatics Director or Franchise Business Owner.This position will start as a part-time role with an emphasis on teaching swim classes.
