Your role is to guide them to clarity, align their business with their values, and train the entrepreneurial mind to lead with purpose, prosperity, and power.This is a remote, flexible, high-impact opportunity for someone who loves transformation as much as execution.Who This Role Is Designed ForWe welcome two types of leaders: 1. Coaches currently running their own successful coaching or consulting businessYou already generate your own revenue, have clients who trust you, and want to expand your impact by adding WOW Academys programs, tools, and methodology to your ecosystem. Youll register your clients into our programs and get paid as a collaborator or equity-owner based on the clients you enroll and the programs you lead. 2. Professionals currently employed who want tobuildtheir coaching businessYou have the mindset, integrity, and skillset of a coacheven if coaching isnt yet your full-time work. Youre ready to start building your own coaching business with real structure, mentorship, and a powerful platform behind you.
