Contract Duration6-months (Strong Potential to Extend)OverviewOur client is seeking a Business Analyst with a strong background in M365 migration projects and Microsoft 365. This role combines business analysis expertise with handson technical involvement, ensuring successful planning and execution of a largescale domain migration initiative.Role/ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and requirements for the domain migration project.Document currentstate and futurestate architecture, including dependencies and risks.Develop and maintain migration plans, timelines, and resource requirements.Perform handson technical work to support migration activities and troubleshoot issues during execution.Coordinate and validate testing and cutover activities to ensure minimal disruption.Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.Provide status updates, risk assessments, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Required Skills10+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in enterprise environments.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).Ability to perform technical tasks in support of migration activities.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.Experience with Entra ID.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with automation tools and scripting for migration support.Experience with hybrid environments (onprem AD + Azure AD).Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, ITIL, or CBAP.Thank you for your interest, however only those being considered for this role will be contacted.Akkodis will only present your resume to clients when your explicit permission is obtained.Akkodis maintains a general inbox for all IT candidates.
