Your Team Join Flairs Flight Operations team, where operational leadership and structured execution support safe, efficient, and compliant flight activities across the network. Reporting to the Chief Pilot, the Senior Manager, Flight Operations is responsible for supporting the delivery of Flight Operations initiatives and ensuring alignment with regulatory and company requirements. This role leads Flight Operations projects from initiation through completion and oversees all Flight Operations systems and operational tools, ensuring platforms remain accurate, current, and effective. The Senior Manager works closely with Assistant Chief Pilots and crossfunctional teams to support operational performance and maintain consistency across the department. This role is based onsite at one of our offices in Edmonton (YEG), Calgary (YYC), Vancouver (YVR), or Toronto (YYZ). A Day In The Life Serve as the primary project lead for Flight Operations initiatives, managing projects from scoping and planning through execution and closeout. Coordinate crossfunctional project teams across Flight Operations, Technical Operations, Safety, and other departments as required. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reporting to ensure stakeholder alignment and ontime delivery. Lead new route assessments and manage route restart processes in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Support aircraft delivery programs and associated Flight Operations readiness activities. Manage and coordinate the Annual Deice Program Review, including Sure Consult coordination. Represent Flight Operations at Boeing Work Together Team (WTT) meetings and track followup actions. Lead and coordinate Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) application testing to ensure fleet currency and operational readiness. Oversee all Flight Operations software platforms, tools, and digital systems, ensuring currency, accuracy, and operational readiness in coordination with the EFB Manager. Manage aircraft configuration tracking, including Technical ACARS and Flight Management Computer (FMC) updates, in coordination with Technical Operations. Maintain and update MAX and NG Software & Hardware Configuration tracking within the CPO Smartsheet. Oversee Jeppesen/CO Pages management, including database currency, access administration, and coordination with relevant stakeholders. Manage Jeppesen FD Pro Alerts notifications to ensure appropriate enrollment and timely actioning of alerts. Oversee Storkjet analytics and reporting, generating operational insights and datadriven recommendations for leadership. Provide oversight of the HOT App and Sure Wx platforms, ensuring currency and accuracy. Maintain Content Locker accuracy and currency for Flight Operations documentation. Provide 24/7 OPoC coverage support as required. Work in partnership with Assistant Chief Pilots to support the daytoday operation of the Flight Operations Department. Provide project and technical support related to publications, software systems, and operational tools. Support compliance with Transport Canada regulations, the Company Operations Manual (COM), and applicable collective agreements. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Flight Operations policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Support charter and nonrevenue flight operations as required. Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and industry partners on behalf of Flight Operations. Perform additional duties as assigned. What You Bring To The Role The preferred candidate should exemplify Flair''s core values: honesty, efficiency, accountability, and respect , while demonstrating success in previous roles. Education Bachelor''s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset. Possession of a current Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL). Previous or current qualifications as a Captain on Boeing aircraft are considered strong assets. Experience Minimum of five (5) years of experience in aviation operations within a Flight Operations or airline environment. Demonstrated experience leading crossfunctional projects in a complex, multistakeholder operational environment. Experience managing or administering Flight Operations software platforms, navigation databases, Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) systems, or similar operational tools. Strong working knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations and Transport Canada oversight frameworks. Familiarity with Boeing fleet systems and operational tools, including Jeppesen (FD Pro, CO Pages, NavBlue), Storkjet, Smartsheet, and EFB platforms, is considered an asset. Experience working in a collaborative, teambased environment alongside operational leadership is considered an asset. Skills & Abilities Strong project management capability, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities. Technical proficiency with aviation software systems, digital platforms, and operational tools. Solid understanding of airline operational processes and regulatory compliance requirements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in system administration, operational documentation, and compliancerelated activities. Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Smartsheet. Professionalism and integrity in all interactions and decisionmaking. Requirements Clear criminal record check and satisfactory employment references.
