About the role The Accessories Specialist is responsible for driving performance, penetration and growth in sales of parts, accessories, and related components within the new and used car sales department. This includes promoting feature vehicles, winter tire/wheel packages, and a wide range of vehicle accessories that are useful, relevant, and add value to our customers ownership experience. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for selling parts to available customers, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Dedication to customer service, being a team player, and strong organization skills are also required. Schedule Tuesday to Saturday: 9am 6pm Responsibilities Meet with new/used vehicle buyers to perform accurate needs assessments and then consult them on accessory opportunities as part of our full purchase experience Work closely with the parts/service managers, sales and finance team, and the Internal Coordinator to ensure each vehicle delivery gets completed on time and on budget Provide reports / updates on delivery status of all vehicles, ensuring proper sign-off has been obtained and customer is satisfied Efficiently help customers select parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high quality service Answer telephone calls, indicate prices and provide any other information Take orders for parts by telephone and retail counter Receive payments from retail customers Handle customer complaints immediately and according to the dealerships guidelines Perform general physical activities in order to load, unload, sort and move shipments by hand or using material handling equipment lifting up to 50lbs Take on additional tasks as needed Requirements A valid AB drivers license A current and clean drivers abstract Basic computer skills Minimum 2 years experience in automotive parts, Ford experience considered an asset Benefits Exceptional benefits package Pension Plan with employer contributions free money!
