Become the Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor, guiding a skilled team towards operational excellence. Lead initiatives to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency in all E&I systems across the facility. In this hands-on role, you will provide leadership to the E&I crew and oversee critical work activities. Focus on fostering a high-performance culture, while collaborating with production and technical teams to achieve operational targets. Your leadership will play a crucial role in both daily operations and longer-term capital projects.
