Oversee outbound shipping as a Team Lead, enhancing compliance and operational efficiency. Focus on accurate and timely delivery in a fast-paced distribution environment. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate a team responsible for the key shipping functions within the distribution center. Your efforts will include managing logistics flow, ensuring adherence to compliance standards, and optimizing the dock workflow. Facilitate communication among team members and supervisors to address operational challenges effectively.
