Notice of Non-Union Vacancy POSITION: Executive Assistant to Superintendents of Student Achievement LOCATION: Catholic Education Centre SALARY: $81,401 - $85,685 annual Reporting to the Superintendents of Student Achievement, this role is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing confidential student achievement records, and facilitating professional communication between the Superintendents, staff, and the community. Duties and Responsibilities Providing administrative support to Student Achievement Superintendents of Education through identifying and addressing daily priorities, managing calendars, drafting and managing high-level correspondence on behalf of the Superintendents; Developing and/or reviewing documentation for compliance with Ministry of Education direction and Board policy; Preparing Board reports and memorandums; Preparing committee agendas, reports and minutes; Responding to inquiries from staff, parents, and the Ministry of Education; Maintaining and organizing student achievement records and confidential files management; Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Minimum five (5) years experience in a senior management office environment dealing with confidential matters, have knowledge of Board program, policies, guidelines and procedures; Three (3) year diploma in office administration from a recognized college or equivalent; Superior interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills; Must be professional, organized, self-directed with the ability to work independently; Proficiency with various computer programs such as Aspen, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Google suite of applications; Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
