Ask the right questions, showcasing investigative skills while keeping the atmosphere light and enjoyable. Translate complex automotive jargon into simple language, becoming the go-to expert for customers. Collaborate with technicians to provide accurate estimates and recommend services that satisfy customers. Keep customers updated on vehicle progress and swiftly resolve any unexpected hurdles. Juggle phone calls, walkin inquiries, and other tasks efficiently. Cultivate enduring relationships, making customers feel like members of the automotive family. Stay uptodate with the latest automotive trends and technologies. Demonstrate trustworthiness and a helpful attitude, supporting a collaborative team dynamic. Requirements Genuine love for cars and enthusiasm that energizes customers. Exceptional communication skills that light up interactions. Ability to stay calm and collected under pressure. Strong problemsolving skills for automotive challenges. Organizational skills to keep service lanes flowing smoothly. Computer proficiency for estimates and service orders. Valid drivers license.
