We promote leaders at every level and support our people to follow their passion. What Youll Do Maintain and update required inventory levels for goods, products, and materials. Perform daily activities necessary to support effective inventory management procedures. Reconcile physical inventories with system records and make adjustments as needed. Plan and implement a recoup program to ensure damaged or defective products are properly handled (donation, disposal, salvage, or return to stock). Maintain accurate records of recouped products and return saleable items to stock. Conduct searches within the system to locate products and resolve discrepancies. Implement corrective measures to prevent future variances. Prepare and analyze adjustment activity reports. Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies in a timely manner. Respond promptly to email and internal requests. Recommend and support programs to audit returns and move returned products to the appropriate location. Collaborate with Operations to resolve issues as they arise. Process documentation for credit transactions and maintain accurate customer records. Perform weekly cycle counts and adjust system records as necessary. Maintain confidentiality of inventory records, ensuring access is limited to authorized personnel. Generate and maintain reports to facilitate accurate counts, including audits, adjustments, and reconciliations. Complete and issue records and reports, including filing invoices and maintaining customer documentation, with accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate recall validations and update SharePoint files for the Inventory Control Scorecard. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. What Youll Need Preferred 1 year of experience in a similar role. Ability to lift and/or pull up to 50 lbs without restriction. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Office. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new processes. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong customer service orientation.
