Drive quality care as a part-time RAI Assessor. This role is essential for conducting RAI-MDS assessments to ensure optimal resident care practices are upheld. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be integral in conducting accurate assessments, documenting care plans, and leading efforts in resident-centered care initiatives. Collaborate with an Interdisciplinary Team to gather necessary information and advocate for resident needs while fostering effective relationships with families.
