Overview Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, the Resident Manager is responsible for the professional management, administration and leasing of a Centurion apartment community. The role ensures all resources, contracts, tools and supplies are managed to meet established standards and budgets. Responsibilities Develop and maintain positive relationships with coworkers and residents, resolving concerns in a timely manner. Provide professional, courteous customer service for resident inquiries, feedback and complaints, maintaining high satisfaction levels aligned with Centurions Vision, Mission and Values. Operate properties in accordance with Centurion Corporate standards and approved budgets; manage all policies, procedures and schedule required inspections and drills. Market, show and rent apartments while managing applications, deposits and rental payments, performing followups as needed. Administer minor maintenance and work order repairs, oversee apartment turnover and prepare scope of work for renovations, ensuring vacant units remain rentready and fully prepared for movein. Maintain building inventories, logs, preventative maintenance schedules, and commonarea cleanliness, including grounds and parking. Be available 24/7 to provide essential service during emergencies; execute fire and lifesafety procedures when required. Requirements Passion for excellence in customer service delivery. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal and followup skills with the ability to resolve difficult issues timely. Detailoriented; ability to use facts, sound reasoning and common sense to resolve problems. Physical ability to lift, push and pull heavy objects, including garbage bins, furniture and appliances.
