Engage with adolescents as a dedicated Matre de Maison. Ensure the well-being and daily support of 15-18 year-olds in a structured residential environment. This role is designed to address the needs of young individuals facing challenges, operating under a framework of continuous care. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe living space, assisting residents with their daily activities, and promoting personal hygiene and responsibility. Working alongside other staff is vital to enrich the lives of these youths. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness of facilities and linens Support adolescents with everyday routines Control inventory of cleaning supplies Prepare and present meals to residents Ensure safety protocols are followed within the house Requirements: Previous experience working with children preferred Training as a Matre de Maison Patience and good listening abilities Strong sense of teamwork Capability to manage daily challenges effectively Provide essential support and guidance to adolescents within a caring residential setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
