We are hiring for a Full-Time Grocery Team Lead position with a wage range of $16.00 - $20.00 at our location in Fort Saskatchewan AB. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Inventory and stocking procedures to achieve company quality standards Maintaining parking lot and general store cleanliness Bringing shopping carts inside as needed Assist Grocery Manager and Supervisors with Team Member training and coaching to achieve operational standards Maintain a clean and sanitized work area Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures Handling customer inquiries and providing an exceptional customer experience What you Bring: Experience in a grocery or high- volume retail setting is preferred Warm and welcoming personality with a positive attitude Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working during peak grocery store hours (i.e. evenings, daytime, weekends, and holidays) Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
