As a Contract Administrator, your role will bridge administration and project delivery for various municipal contracts. You will leverage over 10 years of relevant experience in civil construction to lead project teams effectively. Strong skills in negotiation and communication are essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage tender documents and bid evaluations Lead contract administration activities for multiple projects Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct site reviews Manage construction documentation and payment processes Collaborate with contractors and municipal partners Requirements: C.E.T. certification or equivalent P.Eng. designation At least 10 years of experience in civil construction Strong familiarity with municipal infrastructure practices Excellent decision-making and analytical skills Valid Ontario Class G drivers license necessary Utilize your extensive experience to drive the successful administration of municipal infrastructure contracts and projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
