Education and Experience Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree Experience Required: 68 years Skills Digital: SAP FIORI Digital: SAP BASIS HANA Keywords: SAP HANA, SAP BASIS, Fiori Top 3 Required Skills Strong SAP Basis skills on HANA Ability to work in shifts Role Description The SAP Basis Support Analyst will be responsible for endtoend administration and support of SAP HANA, S/4HANA, Fiori, and related SAP components in hybrid (onprem/cloud) environments. Key Responsibilities HANA Administration Perform HANA database installations, upgrades, and revision upgrades. Manage and support HANA Disaster Recovery (DR) setup, ongoing maintenance, and failover testing. Conduct daily HANA operations including backup monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Perform start/stop operations in standalone, HA, and DR environments. Troubleshoot performance issues, collect logs/traces, and perform rootcause analysis. Execute system refreshes across standalone, HA, and DR landscapes. Monitor and resolve issues using HANA Cockpit and DB Alerts. S/4HANA & Fiori Perform S/4HANA and Fiori upgrades. Troubleshoot Fiori tile issues and backend S/4 integration problems. Support SSO setup and troubleshooting (preferred). Basis Administration Support High Availability (HA) configurations for application servers. Troubleshoot SAP GUI issues, performance problems, and system behavior. Configure and manage SAP Solution Manager including: Technical Monitoring EWA setup Configure Wily/Introscope Diagnostics and maintain satellite system connectivity. Landscape Connectivity & Maintenance Renew router certificates and maintain system connectivity. Troubleshoot remote connection issues across the SAP landscape. Upgrade & Migration Tools Use SUM, DMO, and SWPM for system upgrades, migrations, and provisioning activities. Other Responsibilities DR setup, maintenance, and support HANA backup management, monitoring, and troubleshooting System refresh expertise (standalone, HA, DR) HANA Cockpit / DB Alert monitoring SSO configuration knowledge (preferred) HA configuration for application servers Solution Manager technical configuration EWA setup Experience with SUM, DMO, SWPM Additional handson experience across broader SAP landscape components Exposure to cloudbased SAP administration (AWS preferred) cloudbased SAP administration (not explicitly required). #J-18808-Ljbffr
