The student will develop skills in communications, teamwork and time management among other things.* Comply with and actively participate in Safety and Quality policies and initiatives* Drive and actively participate in continuous improvement projects on the Production shop floor that have a real impact on the company* Assist to successfully resolve technical issues during engine build/test using CORE principals* Review Production metrics and address KPI shortfalls with innovative solutions* Be eligible to work in Canada.* Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.* Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.* Pursuing studies in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.**Assets:*** Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing and varying priorities.* Project management skills*The salary range for this role is* *23.70 to 32.90 CAD**. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
